This video is about camping in the backcountry at Mount Rainier National Park.
My coworker and I travel to Pasco, WA for a photoshoot and decide to spend a few days in the mountains in Washington.
We head up to Paradise in Mount Rainier National Park and get a back country permit to camp at Maple Creek near the Stevens Canyon Waterfall on the Wonderland Trail. The ranger said it was less than a mile, it ends up being almost two straight down into a canyon to the campsite but it's worth the hardship to wake up in a beautiful camp. We hadn't planned on backpacking so we strap on our duffle bags and make the decent.
