After 30 weeks on Mounjaro, I didn’t expect to be asking this…

but the last few weeks have felt very different.
Since adding creatine and pushing harder in the gym, I’ve: ✔️ got stronger
✔️ improved my endurance
✔️ but also seen the scales go UP for the first time in months

So… is this fat gain… water weight… muscle… or does my metabolism need a reset?
