According to Dr.Dean, Mots-C blocks Folate transport in the mitochondria, he recommends supplementing with active (methyl) Folate Vitamin B9 to ensure you don't experience any mood or methylation issues. I'll have to do some more research about this, I didn't find anything about blocking Folate transport in the studies I read so far.
