Highlights include the D915 road and Nemrut Dağı in Turkey, Cappadocia, the Truso Valley and Tusheti region in Georgia, the Darvaza gas crater in Turkmenistan, Samarkand in Uzbekistan, and the mountain roads of Tajikistan, the Pamir Highway, and Zorkul.
