I'm stoked to release a brand new category of assets today. It's called "Electricity" and it has 60 different animations like electric currents, lightning bolts and electricity arcing. These are all Alembic files, so you can use them in just about any 3d app or render engine. They're super easy to use, just drag and drop them in, add a luminance texture that glows and you're ready to render!
We also include a splines animation for most of them just in case you want to render these with hair, or sweep the splines to have a thicker or thinner lightning bolt.
