Leo Burnett Chicago’s Retail Design Group created a space exclusively for new moms when they return from maternity leave called Mothers Lounge. Mothers Lounge is a space created so mothers could feel comfortable, empowered and welcome to be themselves at work. At Leo Burnett, moms come first.
