GDC 2025 | Motherhood in the Game Industry @Gdconf | Uploaded November 2022 | Updated October 2024, 5 days ago.
In this GDC 2022 session, five working mothers—from different companies, with different family structures, who have or have not taken maternity leave—provide a variety of perspectives on what has been challenging, what has worked well for them, how studios adapted to support them, and where things have failed.

GDC returns to San Francisco this March 20-24, 2023, and registration is now open! For more information, be sure to visit our website and follow the #GDC23 hashtag on social media.
