It's MOT day — and we've got two legendary machines in the spotlight! First up, the Yamaha FZR600 that's been left outside for over 3 years finally heads to the test station. Will it pass, or is this forgotten sportbike still hiding issues?
To make the journey even better, I ride in on my beloved Yamaha RD250 LC, the 2-stroke icon of the 1980s. Along the way, we get to relive the magic of the LC, enjoy some raw 2-stroke sound, and share a bit of nostalgia for the golden era of motorcycling.
But that’s not all — while at the MOT station, we get a sneak peek at something truly special: the tester’s own Ford Lotus Cortina. A British motoring legend, this car is a rare gem, and we couldn't resist a quick look.
🔧 Will the FZR survive its first proper inspection in years? Will the RD behave on the road? And how often do you get to see a Lotus Cortina hiding at an MOT centre?
📍 Bikes: Yamaha FZR600 & Yamaha RD250 LC
🚗 Bonus Feature: Ford Lotus Cortina
