In this episode, we investigate an old, abandoned Welsh hospital. Having seen other explorers witness strange activity here, we decided it was time for us to take a look. This investigation gave us some of the most activity we have witnessed this year.
Built in 1905 as an isolation hospital, it was needed at a time when infectious diseases were a constant threat. Just two modest ward blocks, an administration building, and even a small mortuary were all that was needed.
After decades of use, the hospital eventually shifted into caring for the mind rather than the body and became a psychiatric unit for the elderly.
But the hauntings may not just be from the hospital itself but rather the land it was built on, with centuries of history from ancient burial sites to a battle fought in 1136. This is a century-old building with a thousand years of history.
