I finally got to try this tropical jelly fruit, Palmyra Palm (Vietnamese name: Dừa thốt nốt) for the first time — and wow, the texture surprised me! It’s a unique fruit you’ll find across Southeast Asia, especially in places like Vietnam, Thailand, and Cambodia. A lot of people have eaten parts of it before, but not many have seen the whole fruit intact… so I had to share it with you!
