Lake Saoseo is no doubt one of the most beautiful alpine lakes of Switzerland. In particular during the golden Autumn Season, which is probably the best time to visit Switzerland, this lake resembles a true paradise. The many golden larches and green spruces nicely add up to the deep royal blue color of the lake. The water is very still and thus the lake will mostly show perfect reflections. Definitely one of the best hikes to do in Switzerland… and you will be rewarded with this incredible gem of lake Saoseo.
