We set up the Solid Wood Worx Dual Drawer Storage System & Bed Platform for the Mossy INEOS Grenadier in National City, CA, to show it off in their showroom and to check out two seriously built Grenadiers while we were at it.
Brian sits down with Taz, Ops at Mossy INEOS Grenadier, to talk about why he wanted a Solid Wood Worx display on the showroom floor, what customers ask for most (lockable, secure cargo storage), and why the platform is such an easy add-on for anyone building out their Grenadier.
We cover the full drawer system walkthrough: movable dividers with no unbolting required, the built-in cutting board and aluminum tray, false tops that flip into a table, and how the system lets your rear seats fold flat for sleeping. Then we get into what's new since our last visit: an upgraded all-black slide finish and a hidden keyed lock on each drawer for securing gear, documents, or firearms on the road.
After that, Taz walks us through two of his own Grenadier builds ("the Baja package"): Fox 2.0 shocks, 35" tires, Steelcraft bull bar and side steps, Baja Designs XL80 fog lights, factory Rhino-Rack roof bars, and White Knuckle Off-Road rock sliders on the second build.
