I'm taking a German class, so I decided to listen to some German Vocaloid. There was already a version of this song, but—I thought I could do better, and also it sounded fun to try to make Hatsune Miku sing in German when she was not made to do that.
I'm reasonably happy with /ɜ:~ɚ/ for ö. English's /ʊ/ is front enough that I think it's kind of passable for ü but I'm not totally happy with it. /x/ is tricky but I think I was able to get it not terrible.
