There's actually not too much to clearing this boss. It can be tough, but the main things are to use Tiel with maxed out shodow time, use the Trebuchaxe with the chare R1 move, and bait either the sword line attack, or the grab. Those are both easy to dodge, and timed right will shadow you for free damage. Grisha Remnant is bonus but won't carry like it will for other fights. Be sure to dodge in after the little hop for the grab move. Mid range for grab, long range for sword line attack.
