Not the best playthrough, but I loved this port back in days. Strange thing is I can't figure out how to do "Oh Well" trick on the Dead Pool. For PC (DOS), the Dead Pool Fatality is done by pressing Forward, Forward, Forward and Uppercut (Block if using Joypad). I tried holding Down + Block/Start, but nothing worked.
Should be noted also, that there is an early version made to public, where the A.I. was more faithful to the Arcade difficulty, while in this version it is easier.
This is also Gravis Ultrasound, which sounds way better than SoundBlaster (including AWE).
Still, the game has issues. One of the biggest, is that it runs at 30FPS and there is no hack/mod that I know which fixes that. Some moves won't always work (like Reptile and Sub-Zero slides for example), due to limitation of how DOS accepts multiple buttons pressed at ones.
The gameplay is similar to Revision 2.1 with those insane elbow recoveries. You often get reverse hits - like you jump over the opponent, but get hit with their HK/SUJK lol
I realized YouTube make artifacts in the video against Liu Kang in the first round. Not sure what went wrong, but if played on 360p, they are not visible. It got fixed before the 1st round ends tho.
