(Re-uploaded, sorry for that, I'll keep this short and sweet this time, in one of my older Mugen MK Videos I played an MK 2 Mugen with "rumored" Characters in the game. The first video was of Hornbuckle. I liked how his character was and how people assumed he was a real hidden character from the MK Wiki and other sources, but watching the video again I didn't like how I played compared to how I did it now. I was on easy mode and just didn't know what I was doing sometimes. But now It's better, I got some combos down, and I even got a perfect on Shao Kahn. Dude definitely wasn't as cheap as Kintaro. I didn't like how the old video turned out and I wanted to do better. After this video will be a re-upload of my Heavy Muscle video but with improved textures. I just wanted to see how I would do again when I played as Hornbuckle like I did back in 2021. This updated video took me hours to make. Even the bio and ending which, I made myself, well the Bio was made on Deviant art by PalettePix, he deserves the credit. (deviantart.com/palettepix/gallery) but I edited the bios and made the rest from scratch because I wanted to give Horn a proper Arcade looking biography and ending with story from the Mugen bios. Went pretty well for me.)
Okay sorry for that talk here, I'll just finish this with the info on who Hornbuckle is from my previous video and a link to the Mugen itself. Thanks for understanding why I wanted to try this Mugen out again.
[Hornbuckle is a rumored character that many people thought was a hidden fighter in Mortal Kombat II. The rumor originated from one of the real hidden characters in the game (That being Jade) who would give a hint that would say "Hornbuckle Who?" but this was just a reference to someone's name in the credits. That being Leanne Hornbuckle, but this caused fans to speculate that there was yet another hidden character in the game. And to some people's speculation back then, they believed that the Green Liu Kang in the background of the Pit Stage was the rumored Hornbuckle Character. It's like the Sheng Long Rumor in Street Fighter II, how people thought that when Ryu said, "You must defeat Sheng Long to stand a chance!" that Sheng Long was a person (And even Ryu and Kens master, thanks to the false info in the SNES game manual of SF2 with Ryu and Kens Bio) but was actually a mistranslation of Shoryuken or Dragon Punch. As it was fixed in later versions and home console ports of later Street Fighter games.]
