One of the largest landscape and city overhauls of 2024, today's Mod of the Day is the transformative Odai - Lifeblood of Balmora by Tapetenklaus.
Probably the biggest compilation mod ever put together for Morrowind's 2nd city, Odai - Lifeblood of Balmora both completely rebuilds the Odai River, turning it into an actual river with the width and depth to match, and massively expands and overhauls the city, adding new districts, like the harbor district, lots of new houses, shops, and taverns, as well as newly overhauled interiors, utilizing the resources of dozens of other mods.
An absolute delight of verticality in urban design, Odai - Lifeblood of Balmora is a mesmerizing and scenic transformation of Balmora, and it is by far and away the most feature-complete overhaul of both Balmora and the Odai River to date, with compatibility patches for the vast majority of popular mods out there.
Over the last 23 years, there have been 27 new overhauls and expansions released for Balmora, but I dare say that Odai - Lifeblood of Balmora may just be the best one yet for this famed Hlaalu city! I highly recommend checking it out for yourself!
