You're new to Morrowind, fresh off the boat, and you need a bit of equipment before heading out into the world, the only problem is that you're skint, you've got no gold. If only there was a way to get a fast influx of cash!
Well with today's Mod of the Day, there is! For today we're showcasing Loanable Funds by Ket Golosov, a mod that expands the functionality of the pawnbroker service in the vanilla game, by allowing them to give out small loans, for a slight fee.
Now, every pawnbroker in the game has the Loan service, where you can apply for a loan lasting up to two weeks, with an interest rate of 1% per day. Pay it back in time and avoid getting a bounty, but fail and you'll pay double the gold to call off the guards.
Blending in seamlessly and immersively with the vanilla game, this is a simple gameplay enhancement, one that gives pawnbrokers a more distinct service, and it's absolutely worth adding to your game!
