Enjoy this 15 minute Morning Yoga Flow, a daily full body yoga routine with slow mobility yoga stretches and flows. Youâll wake up your hamstring and hip flexors while getting deeper in your upper body mobility. Then youâll flow that sequence again 1 breath 1 movement before taking it a step further with deeper lunges and hamstring openers held for 2-3 breaths the first round then repeated 1 breath, 1 movement the second round. This is a great place for you to practice your controlled, calm, deep breath. Youâll finish with a hip & hamstring stretching cool down then rest in savasana before sealing our practice with a namaste.
