Pop-up monsoon mountain storms are in the forecast today with a better chance than yesterday to see some drift into the valleys. Increasing moisture content tomorrow will keep clouds around and maybe even some Friday evening showers. A late summer cool front will help kick off thunderstorms on Saturday with a somewhat elevated risk to see more mature/strong thunderstorms if things line up. This boundary will likely stall and could mean more rain showers Sunday.
