It is called Timestamp, and the filter is narrow on purpose. No hype, only fundamental changes, the kind that move policy or plumbing.
For each one it goes back to when that news actually broke, reads how the market reacted, and weighs the event by that reaction instead of by how loud it was.
What he is arguing from it is patience. His read is that the integrations stacking up underneath crypto are an avalanche, and an avalanche is not something you trade in a week.
