The Greene Space at WNYC & WQXR | Morehouse College Glee Club @GreeneSpaceNY | Uploaded February 2023 | Updated October 2024, 1 day ago.
To celebrate Black History Month, we’re highlighting clips from our archival programming that present the experiences of the Black community and celebrate Black icons in music and art.

For over 100 years, the Morehouse College Glee Club has thrilled audiences around the world with its magnificent harmonies. Enjoy this performance of the all-male ensemble from their anniversary celebration in The Greene Space where they sang selections by African American composers and arrangements of spirituals.
