Lots of Tucano flights into Blackpool last week, Caught these two coming into land last Friday afternoon. This time filmed from the south side of the airfield (Best place to go if you want a full view of the runway and an altogether greener and more pleasant spot to watch from.)
The Short Tucano is a two-seat turboprop basic trainer built by Short Brothers in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It is a licence-built version of the Brazilian Embraer EMB-312 Tucano. The main operator is the Royal Air Force with exports to Kenya and Kuwait.
