More than a job: What South African workers gain at a Chinese factory @ChinaViewTV

Since Hisense opened its industrial park in Atlantis, South Africa, in 2013, local workers have gained new skills and advanced into technical and supervisory roles. The park has created around 1,000 direct jobs and 5,000 indirect jobs, while supporting local suppliers and opening up new career opportunities.
