ya i uploaded again and its joe. its much better quality than the main characters', but ya get what ya get
anyway, brief explanation for those who do not know: this is an oldish JJBA AU of some of my characters, the first one i made was the main characters and this one is some supporting cast + the first antagonist. the names arent final theres a couple alts but i also dont care to go back and change them

STORY STUFF:
Noemi, Cari, and Anaya serve as "rivals" to Maxie and Jay (rivals is maybe innacurate - Maxie and Anaya are fierce rivals and are convinced the other three feel the same, but it's actually just weirdly tense for everyone else). Anaya is like the Ty Lee or Sokka of the AU (I'd say Speedwagon, but Speedwagon really just hung around and yelled about what was going on and also did something like, three times and also was really cool)
Jay's stand [BULLFIGHTER JACKET] is linked to [SPIRAL] in a weird way. As explained below, [SPIRAL] has one central user and several secondary users who have partial use of its abilities - Jay was at one point under its influence, but when [SPIRAL] and its user were "eliminated" the link was severed and the network split off into various weaker, related stands.
[KARMA CHAMELEON]

Close-range power type (punch ghost)
[KARMA CHAMELEON] takes the form of a lizardlike humanoid punch ghost. It's not the best at literally punching, lizards aren't known for their fistfights, but it has many of the qualities of a chameleon: fast reflexes, color-changing skin (i know real chameleons don't camouflage but this one does it's not an actual chameleon) and a long, extremely fast tongue. It also grants some of these attributes to its user when they want, giving them extra agility, more durable/camouflaging skin, etc.
Noemi Xu is a quiet, sarcastic biology student who doesn't really care about stands or fighting - all she cares about is the ability to hide from her classmates. Anaya often drags her into unwanted battles and rivalries, to her annoyance. She's been working on that Rubik's cube for three months now.

Close-range power/object type
[SICK BEAT] takes the form of one to three pairs of arms that hover around its user, and can be used pretty much the same way as they can use their own limbs - acting without verbal orders, independently from their actual limbs. The arms are extremely strong, we're talking like bending-metal strength, though they are nearly useless to fight hand-to-hand with* as they're slow and awkward when throwing punches. They are, however, excellent at lifting and tossing objects, as well as doing work that requires more than two hands.
Carina Ivanov is a computer science student with a love for robots and machinery, as well as Jay's sort-of ex-girlfriend. It's complicated. She seldom gets involved in stand fights - her stand arms are mostly used for carrying things and multitasking to an ungodly level - but her ability to just chuck a stop sign at someone makes her formidable.

Phenomenon type
[IN MY SLEEP] gives the user the power to change their voice - they can amplify it, change its pitch, disguise it, etc. It's useful as a weapon, because the user can amplify their voice enough to cause shockwaves or physical pain.
Peach is close with the main characters. She used to be involved in a line of work with stands and their origins, but left a couple years before the story because it was too dangerous. Now she's a singer and violinist - her stand comes in handy on a stage, letting her ditch the microphone and hit higher or lower notes than she's physically able to.

This stand's true user is unknown. Unusually, it has several, with one primary, original user who has full understanding and control of it, and a group of completely different people who are influenced by it and are technically secondary users. [SPIRAL]'s ability is twofold - one is minor production of electricity, and the other is to "infect" other people as directed by the primary user. Those under its effect can use said electrokinesis, but the primary user can also take manual motor control of them via the electricity in their nerves.

Joshua Joaquin Jay Candela
Miniature Tigers - Bullfighter Jacket
Type: Punch ghost (weak physical attack)
Jays stand ability is biolectric fluid - its not as gross as that sounds - the user secretes a superconductor from their wrists (the punch ghost form of the stand produces it just at will) that can transmit and amplify the electricity from his own nerves. He can use this to shock people and objects, and if ingested, injected, taken in through open wounds etc he can use it to rudimentarily control other people via muscle movements (but he sucks at it)
Jay, our Jojo, is a semi-wanted criminal and also college student doing his darnedest to hide from the law (made more difficult by his constant need for chaos and general idiocy) until a Cool Accident in which he acquires a stand. This is great for causing more chaos, but not so great for not attracting attention. His three significantly smarter friends are constantly trying to keep him from dying.

Maxie Gattone
Mystery Skulls - Dont F//k With My Money
Type: Object-bound
[MONEY] is an object-bound stand that is not person-specific: Maxie actually stole it off someone else. It takes the form of a scarf with something of a mind of its own - it seems to move and change color on its own - and grants its user control over textiles. The tighter the weave, the harder it is to control.
Maxie is Jays long time friend and partner in crime, and 99% of his impulse control. Basically - Maxie is the only reason Jay hasnt been caught or beat up for his shenanigans (at least not more than he presently is.) He wears pastels and Sanrio merch, but dont be fooled: he is so, so mean for the lulz.

Elisa Martineau
Alt-J - Bloodflood
This stand allows the user to control the makeup of her own blood freely - including composition, pressure, etc. etc. (for this reason, she minors in biochemistry: by knowing exactly whats there already, she can change it without trial and error. She has control over the blood inside and out of her body, at least until it dries. When this ability is used on the internal blood, however, its at the users peril - she is not immune to the changes it could make to her internal homeostasis.
Elisa is a genius zoologist with a very strong sense of morality and lawfulness, and almost no common sense. For this reason, she and Maxie butt heads a lot. Being one of Jays roommates, shes kind of stuck with him, but she like, doesnt want him to die. Elisa is the only natural stand user out of the four.

Kev Yeong
Loverboy - Lovin Every Minute of It
Type: Remote control
[LOVERBOY] is a peculiarly handless stand, whose arms end at exactly the same spot its users prosthetics begin. [LOVERBOY] has the ability to observe and copy another persons hand movements to a T - then transmitting that movement to its user through his prosthetic hands. This can be used for essentially any movement, but wont necessarily teach the user a skill without repeated use. Cowboy
Kev is another genius with no common sense - a common theme in Goldenage - hes an incredible engineer, but a socially inept space cadet. He and Jay are good friends, who bonded through a shared interest in art - though Jay is disgusted at Kevs refusal to use his stand for cool stuff - read: cheating at tests, breaking into places, etc. He received his stand via the arrow at a young age, coincidentally in the period between losing both hands and getting proper prosthetics (his current ones are his own design).
