cnc milling a gear cover 6061 t6. 1/4" thick plate. .01" DOC @ 18 IPM 4600 rpm. still experimenting with feed rates. steppers resonate at ~21 IPM so i try to keep it below that (dont want to lose steps). programmed in Mastercam X using a ramp toolpath.
