Let's test out how strong Cartethyia and Changli are together in Wuthering Waves, especially in comparison to Cartethyia and Ciaccona.

In all likelihood, Ciaccona and Cartethyia are likely to actually just be stronger, they are tailor made for eachother afterall, however it'll be fun to test out the Changtethyia li team since it looks like a lot of fun to play.

After that we'll probs push some Wuthering Waves 2.4 story, Septimont looks incredible.
