Another successful wildlife translocation complete!

More of the world’s smallest semelparous mammal, the Brown Antechinus (Antechinus stuartii), have found a home at Harbour Trust’s North Head Sanctuary (NSW).

A population of the species were collected from Ku-ring-gai and Garigal National Parks over the course of two weeks and released into the sanctuary.

They joined the 44 Brown Antechinus we translocated to North Head between 2017 and 2019.
