Another method of bead embroidery directly on to a pair of canvas sneakers. Very easy and super cute result.
I really just wanted to show you how I layered a row of beads on top of a row of beaded brick to finish a bricked edge while hiding the thread. I hope that's helpful for any of your bead embroidered projects.
I purchased this pair of canvas shoes from Walmart for $6.00, but if you're brave and confident, you can use a more expensive pair to bead on, of course.
While I think the finished shoes are pretty durable, they're probably best for just walking around in. I wouldn't climb any trees or do any hiking in the wilderness in these when complete. :)
