I am *not* using an amp or external microphone in this recording. I am using a Fender Telepath wireless system (you can see the black transmitter attached to the bottom of the guitar) and going direct into the RodeCaster Pro II as an audio interface with reverb and compression applied via DSP then some VST plug-ins in OBS (Waves WNS and Waves Ultramaximizer L4). In post, I did some more noise reduction and audio optimization (normalization, compression, limiting). This is my standard audio processing chain for mixing and mastering. The electronics on the guitar are dual source (under-saddle piezo and internal sensor). On the piezo, I reduced the mids by 12 dB and kept the bass and treble flat. I am at about 80% piezo volume and 100% sensor volume. The sensor tone is set to low (all the way). The golpes are being picked up purely by the internal sensor onto the plexiglass transparent golpeador. I am using a foot-stool under my left foot. I have the back brackets at maximum height and in the "straight" configuration. What are your thoughts on the sound?
