Moonlighter is an action-adventure RPG with charming 2D visuals harping back to the 16bit era.

Moonlighter mixes the mechanics of a classic dungeon delver with that of running a shop. I love the retro feel and style of this game. The contrast between the fast and furious rogue-lite dungeons and the slower pace of being a merchant and running your own shop balance perfectly, creating a cycle of farming and selling that is surprisingly satisfying.
The combat in this game is clearly Zelda inspired, however, the weapon and armour combinations really allow the player to express themselves and create a fighting style that suits them. This is a great touch and really makes the games combat stand out.
