A big, dome-shaped lantern built with 7,000 recycled water bottles took center stage earlier this month in Hong Kong at an annual festival that celebrates the night when the moon is at its roundest and brightest. The lantern "Rising Moon," created by four local architects and designers, rises 32 feet off the ground and spans 69 feet in diameter.
