The first couple of minuets of this video is aimed at the concept of moon face rotation being only change of field of view orientation. the rest is the variables (listed below) that govern that rotation and how to use them to predict it's direction and value on a simplified chart drive.google.com/open?id=1YoUT51g6hJ_6B0_F0yPWWZ7lHYe9hGgP

1) Sun declination angle (time of the year)
2) Observer's location (Latitude line)
3) Time (rotation amount starting from moon rise)
4) Moon declination angle
5) The moon's height as in distance above / below the ecliptic (ignored in my calculations)
