It is said that all of gods creations have a frequency of their own, and all together they would sing a harmonic tune when they are well and happy... and harmony is peace, and love. Being not in harmony with these tunes causes..what we call stress and further more bad. No one can be in harmony all the time, this is why sometimes one simple smile can save your day, or the day of someone else... so SMILE :)
