A new Instant/Contrast/Speed/1Coat Paint has arrived!
@MonumentHobbies throws their hat into the ring with 1-Step Paints, formulated for huge vibrancy and coverage in one single layer over a bright base coat.
They can also be thinned with water to create a glaze effect, but this video shows how the new Crimson looks straight from the bottle on a Red Corsair Raider.
My initial thoughts are, it’s definitely a deep red, rather than bright - but looks to need a thicker coat of 1-Step or it looks quite desaturated, but this gives you the freedom of utilising higher or lower saturation for your particular needs!
Likely perfect for my beloved Blood Ravens 🩸🐦⬛
