Montreal police are investigating after a 41-year-old woman was found dead and a man critically injured in an apartment Monday afternoon in the Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension borough. The SPVM says the homicide occurred in the context of intimate partner violence. It came just two days after a 44-year-old woman was found dead in a Saint-Michel apartment — her partner, who is a suspect, was found at the scene with serious injuries.
