Doorbell camera footage captured the terrifying moment a woman in Big Sky, Montana, fought off an aggressive moose in her backyard to protect her dogs. Shelly Thorburn sprang into action when the massive animal charged, ultimately deploying bear spray to drive the unfriendly moose away from her property. Thorburn stated her biggest concern was for her 14-year-old dog, Annie, who is both deaf and visually impaired and had wandered further away during the frightening encounter. Fortunately, the bear spray was effective in stopping the charging moose in its tracks, allowing Thorburn to safely usher all her pets back inside her home without injury.
