Happy Confession Day!
As always, this is a tradition I will not be breaking, I took part in Rissy's MEP to celebrate these two! I was honestly scared that this year I would not be able to get something done in time because I have been extremely busy and my laptop has given me hell (I miss my computer sobs), but I made it :)
And while editing on this laptop is hard, and most things are turning our quite choppy, I'm actually fairly satisfied with this edit. I had the song picked out for a long time, when this cover was released I fell in love with how soft it sounds, and the music video really inspired me to edit it with a style like this. If you've noticed, I edited All Time Low's Monsters for IS day last year, so I might make a tradition out of that lol.
I wanted to include some manips with the Journeys clips but didn't manage to. Hopefully next year :)
Not sure when my next upload will be, but I suppose it's gonna be a while, so I will see you around!

Initially wanted to edit Shallan to this but she doesnt have enough art so I figured he fits just as well. Im so done with this Jonas is the biggest mood man, I love this guy so much. Def one of my favorite characters at this point, please let him be happy. PLEASE.
Im happy I finally got to edit him and I actually think I did a pretty decent job here despite the vent nature of this lol. That said, I do have a bigger project planned out for him that I just dont feel confident enough to tackle with my current skills (havent touched the project file in months rip), but maybe one day.. unless youre a DARK editor and will let me pay you to make it happen, just hit me up (yes, I AM dead serious here).
Also, kinda sad I avoided SUPER heavy spoilers in this because the song screams certain things, but just in case people dont actually listen to me and watch this anyway I want to avoid giving away all the good spoilers lol. Maybe one day Ill make a serious thing out of this where I dont avoid them, who knows eh?

Theres so many options, but non of them seem possible, and I dont even know if Im unhappy because its Covid and we all are, or because Im ACTUALLY unhappy with where I am and what Im doing. Did you think I would let Gigi day go by without getting something out for you? Sure as hell not hehe. Tho as you might be able to tell by the show I picked, this was very spontaneous lol. I hope its still a good pick~! I had something else in the works for you but wasnt really satisfied with it, and when you messaged me about finishing Arcane I re-planned and edited this in two days bc I was much more comfortable with it haha. Which is why it might have some mistakes but truthfully, I think it achieves what I want to do, which is show both the angst and the softness of these two! The song is so good for them isnt it?
But anyway, that aside!! I hope your birthday so far has been amazing! I love you so much, I am so so so happy we started talking last year and got to bond over 4 idiots from Baltimore and then over so much more from there on out! Were not just birthday twins, we truly feel like twin braincells sometimes and I wouldnt want it any other way. I love how well we understand each other, and how much we agree on things and just how I never get tired of talking to you! Your energy is so infectious, and I always feel safe around you.
