Just in time for spooky season, I present to you 'The Resurrectionist'--a dark and macabre work of fiction by author E.B. Hudspeth. Be warned, it is not for the faint of heart.
The subject of this morbid tale, Dr. Spencer Black, asks the question: what if the legends of mythology--creatures like the minotaur, sphinx, and Cerberus--were in fact real, living creatures? Is it possible that what we see through our modern eyes as genetic "defects" are, in reality, the reawakening of our long-dormant genes, inherited from our mythical ancestors?
Not content to let these questions remain theoretical, Dr. Black made it his life's work to restore the human form to its deal... no matter the cost.
