In this guide I go over stress and fatigue and how they affect your monster's life.
Light Drill: +10 Fatigue, +5 Stress
Heavy Drill: +15 Fatigue, + 12 Stress
Rest*: -33 to -47 Fatigue, -5 to -10 Stress
Rest with Lump of Ice/Firestone in inventory*: -43 to -55 Fatigue,
-9 to -12 Stress
Nuts Oil: -28 Fatigue (also -20% stress for Henger, Durahan, and Arrowhead monsters)
Mint Leaf: -50% Stress
Errantry: +18 Fatigue, +7 Stress Per Week (+72 Fatigue, +28 Stress)
Battle** (win tournament): +37 Fatigue, -75 Stress, -3 weeks
Battle** (do ok at tournament): +50 Fatigue, -62 Stress, -3 weeks
Battle** (lose tournament): +62 Fatigue, -50 Stress, -3 weeks
Tablet (like): -15 Stress
Tablet (neutral): -13 Stress
Tablet (dislike): -10 Stress
* - the numbers for rest vary. Be cautious and assume the worst. If you have a Lump of Ice or Firestone in your inventory the values are much greater (all you need is to have one in your inventory, you don't need to use it).
** - the numbers for battles can vary depending on KOs and critical hits against your monster. At least 3 weeks will be subtracted from your monster's total lifespan even if your monster wins with no KOs or critical hits against it.
