Now I try to do it solo?

Some personal pointers:
1) Tank and Support are a must. It's hard to beat a HBG full tank (gets emnity incredibly fast with spread shot) and should try to get aggro as soon as possible. Any support is fine really as long as they're aware of when someone can't help themselves.
2) Early tailcut means more freedom for DPS to do damage (the only dangerous move to DPS if Behemoth is aggroed is the spin move, but the range is much shorter without the tail). Breaking 3 parts means you won't have to go into the lava area, but it's not always feasible depending on your setup.
3) Practice the jump. You won't always have a comet near for the ecliptic meteor.
4) Positioning is important. Try not to impede your teammates, make sure you're close but far enough away from the meteor that he doesn't hit it, and in general be aware of your surroundings (ledges can mess up your dodge, etc).
5) Practice. Really the best method to beating him is knowing Behemoth's moves inside and out, how to best synergize with your teammates, and having mastery over the weapon you're bringing.
