Brian and PC just finished their trip to Kansas City (Overland Park, KS to be exact) and are stuffed with BBQ and Steak to last the month. The 1st Phorm Monster Games was a tremendous success and they were lucky enough to be a part of what is fat becoming the premier competitive fitness event in the Midwest. They break down the final leaderboard and discuss what makes this competition special and why athletes need to circle this event on their calender for 2026.
Brian also put out his CrossFit Games predictions for the team division. Though he will not be attending the Games in Albany, NY this week he didn't want the amazing athletes and field go without mentioning.
