Now here's a series I've been wanting to cover since I watched the first episode!
Monkey Wrench is animated web series created by Joshua and Ashley Palmer that shows the adventures of two space bounty hunters Shirek and Beebs as take on jobs across the galaxy. With its obvious inspiration from Cowboy Bebop, the show mixes a lot of Sci-fi and mystery elements together to create their own unique universe. The strangest part is that not a whole lot of people talk about this indie series, despite it having a fan base.
The worldbuilding is amazing, animation is colorful and hand drawn, the music gives heavy Cowboy Bebop vibes, and it's overall a great time. It may not be the biggest Indie series at the moment, but its got heart, imagination and best of all, FUN!
