So this is my final take on this without temporalis while still able to have good clear, defences, 1-2 shotting bosses, and staying relatively cheap. You dont need the ingenuity as you can just find a belt with resistances to solve the issue aswell. Double spark from cast on shock, frost wall on cast on crit. 10k energy shield with 50% + evasion, or you can just get a 900 es armor for around a divine and run with 14k es. We added in Ghost Dance for ES recovery, Mana remnants, kept blink for mobility, and lingering infusion for power charges. Again im not a build creator nor is this a perfect build im sure there are things that can be done better but this works for me. Enjoy
