This week’s VLOG is all about a new coffee spot - MONARTO SAFARI PARK. A 1000 - hectare block of land was leased by the Society in 1983 and used as a specialised breeding and holding facility. In 1993 Monarto Zoo opened to the public. It is now 1500 hectares, has over 1000 animals on exhibit or in off-limit breeding programs and attracts over 100,000 visitors a year.
