A very pretty song that I learned from Lloyd Green on the album Pete Drake produced titled, "SLIDE." I'm trying something new with the camera angel. I hope you like it. The sound quality's not bad, but could be better in my opinion. I'm using a JVC HD camcorder with a self-powered external microphone, so it should sound better than it does in my opinion. I'll keep working at it, Lord willing, and try to get a better recording.
I'm recording with a Nashville 112 amp (the model is called a 112 because it has one 12 inch speaker). This is a very nice solid state mid-sized amp.
It's standard E9th pedal steel guitar. Albeit, I do lower my 5th and 6th strings a whole tone, using seperate knee levers. I use Tommy White's set-up. The only difference is that I use the Buddy Emmons (ABC) pedal set-up instead of the BCA Jimmy Day set-up that Tommy, Jeff Newman, Weldon Myrick and others use. Lloyd Green uses the Buddy Emmons set-up.
