**Momoshiki has already attacked Naruto. He tried to kill Kawaki. Now Kashin Koji's newest Ten Directions vision may be hinting that Himawari is next.
Could this become Boruto's greatest tragedy yet?
This video explores why Himawari becoming Momoshiki's next target would actually be one of the smartest storytelling decisions in Boruto Two Blue Vortex. Rather than simply creating another shocking battle, it could completely change the direction of the story by forcing Himawari to confront the truth behind Omnipotence. Ever since reality was rewritten, something has never felt right to her. A battle against Momoshiki may become the moment those lingering doubts finally collide with reality.
There is also another major benefit. Himawari still needs meaningful combat experience before eventually facing Jura again. A confrontation with Momoshiki would test her emotionally, mentally and physically while allowing her to continue growing into the shinobi the story has been quietly building toward since Kurama chose her.
Perhaps the most fascinating possibility is the callback to one of Naruto's oldest themes. Throughout the original series, powerful shinobi often came to understand one another through battle. Their fists communicated truths that words never could. If Boruto briefly fights back against Momoshiki's control during their confrontation, Himawari may finally realize her brother never abandoned his family. He has been trapped all along.
If that happens, this fight would become far more than another action sequence. It could become the moment the first crack appears in Omnipotence itself and the beginning of Boruto finally reclaiming the family that was stolen from him.**
