Not hard but very annoying fight.It's very hard to attack boss without bow because she is almost always stay on the flames and you can't go near her,also she loves jumps back to avoid your attacks and teleport with fireballs.Thankfully you got Cath at you side and she is not only invincible but also doing a good damage and sometimes even stun the boss.
