Yup,it's a main character of Momodora 1 who became evil.First you fight her shadow which is pretty easy,just control her movements or she can easily corner you.After you defeat shadow you fight against Isadora herself and she fights pretty much the same as Queen Lamia from the first game,you can't damage her with attacks,so just wait until she shoot a energy ball at you and deflect it.
