The other day when I was out with the dogs for a walk I saw this little wonder in nature. Amongst the plants growing on an old tree stump were various mosses and lichens. An entire ecosystem in miniature was living off the trees decaying matter. There were also tiny heather bushes and wild blueberries. Nature is so wonderful.
To stay #healthy as part of your #wellness program and for a #healthylifestyle it is so important to get out into the fresh air and be amongst nature. The simple beauty within #amazingnature you'll witness will amaze you. This collection of nature #shorts captures these #amazing moments. These frost covered trees glistening in a setting sun. As I wandered through this beautiful forest closely followed by a lone robin I reminded myself of how wonderful it is to be alive and experience simple beauty like this.
